Saratoga Bread Basket Cake Shop is hands down the BEST cake maker out there. I’ve used them for other events, so I already knew their cakes were top quality, making them an obvious choice for my wedding. The tasting experience was incredible—it was tough to pick our favorite combination, and they even let us take home the leftovers, which was such a treat! For the wedding, they brought our vision to life beyond our wildest dreams. The cake was stunning and, on top of that, absolutely delicious—our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. If you’re looking for a wedding cake (or cake for any special occasion) that’s both gorgeous and tastes amazing, look no further!

I ordered a cake and cupcakes here for my son’s third birthday. All my son asked for his birthday was a power ranger cake and cupcakes for his class. I placed an order about a month early. I submitted exactly the amount needed and flavors for the cupcakes and the size and design of the cake, and the pick up date.

On the day of pick up I got in touch with some and they said that they had no order for me and tried to blame me for not confirming or leaving a number. This is second time I’ve ordered from this location so the statement that they didn’t have my information is completely not true. It is true that I did not confirm the cake flavors on my original call but I tried to reach someone over the weekend and got no response. Honestly, if there was a sincere apology and some attempt to help I would not be writing this. But the contempt and blame was not called for in this situation.

I never write reviews but this was absolutely devastating to me as a mom who promised her son a power ranger cake for his birthday.

I got the most amazing Spider-Man cake for our son’s 5th birthday here. Everyone raved about it!

We did a take out lunch a few times while we were in Saratoga this summer. Sandwiches and cookies are SO GOOD. The people who work there couldn't be nicer. ALL of their profits are donated (can't remember what the charity is). They serve breakfast and lunch. We would have had breakfast here too but it was included with our hotel room. Consistently good from summer to summer. I wish they had a shop near where I live!

We ordered our wedding cake from the Bread Basket Cake Shop! It was beautiful! I worked with Angelina, the cake designer. She was so great to work with! She listened to all my design ideas and added such beautiful detail on our cake. It tasted as good as it looked! Would definitely recommend!

Ordered a lemon and raspberry cake from here, and it was the most delicious cake I have ever tasted. Still dreaming about it two months later. Can't recommend this cake shop highly enough :)

This bakery is amazing. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming. The service is wonderful and the food is out of this world. Farm fresh eggs, fresh baked rolls. Who could ask for more. And the chocolate chip cookies????? I wish I could eat one everyday. ❤️❤️❤️

My niece graduated from Skidmore and the family ordered her cake from here.The cake was delicious! Excellent staff,clean ,and very quaint.The cinnamon rolls were the best ive ever had!

This adorable little bakery sits across from Congress Park. Not only do they have delicious baked goods such as cupcakes, cakes, cookies etc., but the company also donates all profits to charity that help to end food insecurity and hunger in the community. I would much rather take my business to a bakery with this type of mission over other competitors. I ordered my mama's birthday cake from the Bread Basket. I requested a "Blackout" cake because it is her absolute favorite. The baker told me she could make her version and I was very pleased with how it turned out. It was a rich and moist cake with a velvety buttercream and ganache. I also requested sunflowers as a decoration on top and the cake artist did a beautiful job with that as well. If you are looking for some yummy treats, a place to sit and relax looking over Congress Park, or a very impressive cake, you have found the place!

Great spot for a quick breakfast or lunch in Saratoga. Very friendly staff, great food, and the best part is all profits go to local food banks.

We love this place, they have delicious breakfast sandwiches and bakery items. They have indoor and outdoor seating overlooking Congress Park. It is beautiful. We seek this place out every time we come into town. Not to mention they donate all of their profits to charity. I highly recommend it.
