bouncer at the door was beyond rude to me before I even had a chance to pull out my ID, when asked his name, he refused to give it. a woman/bartender stood there and witnessed all of it and did/said absolutely nothing. I even messaged you guys privately with no response so, now I'm just gonna give the review. Treating customers like crap before they get a chance to enter is disgusting and a terrible way to run a business.... that's the first experience... security at the front door. I had a group of 6 ready to spend money for my birthday.. never again.

Went pretty early, around 730-8 and it was pretty empty, which was good for us bc we were able to grab a table. DJ was playing decent music, but not fantastic, got SUPER loud as the night went on. Drinks were average and decently priced. Would go again.

We have been long time guests of the cellar and we were very disappointed by how we were treated tonight. We have supported the cellar well before and after the pandemic began. It was very sad to be treated poorly by a profit and tip HUNGRY bartender who we used to enjoy. We loved this spot but will not be returning like we used to. Miss how things used to be! Overall would not recommend now. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

With Covid-19 going on, we thought this would be a great place to go. We had excellent service- very fast and our server Lexy was excellent. However, upon leaving they asked for tips multiple times. We had tipped $20 before leaving. The woman working the front door asked us for ANOTHER tip after we had exited the building. Very unprofessional. Otherwise, service was great.
