Got a table on a busy Thursday night during track season within 10 or so minutes, and we had our choice of indoors or outside. The staff was great and all of the food was delicious.

The Merc was a great place. Very friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere. Lunch was most excellent. The deviled eggs were an A+ as well as the tomato bisque!

Visited for a girls day out and had an amazing lunch! The truffle fries were great, the peach buratta salad was out of this world. Everyone loved the food! Our served was very nice and the atmosphere was fun! Would highly recommend.

The Eggs Benedict is served on an oversized barely toasted English muffin, with sliver of Canadian Bacon covered a fraction of the muffin. Nothing to write home about. We had a side of the biscuits and gravy. Both were decent.

Could have been more inmpressed, watched a family of four get sat, served their whole meal and pay in the time it took us to get our salad (wife said it was great) and burrito (quite mid, I’m a normally a huge breakfast burrito fan but this was almost entirely egg with very little else of what’s mentioned on the menu). Drinks were quite good though but I wouldn’t leap to recommend the Merc.

First of all- they know how to do a spicy bloody mary justifiably. PHENOMENAL. 2ndly- the food was OUTSTANDING!!!! My hubby and I rarely have a quiet morning together these days and we chose The Merc on a whim since we were near by. Brunch breakfast- I ordered the carnitas Benny, he had eggs your way and from the extravaganza of mine to the simplicity of his there was perfect execution all around- the flavors were impecable!!!!! 3rd- the service was polite and perfect. The Merc has the reputation it does for a reason!! HIGHLY Recommend 💓🙏🏼
Easily one of the best restaurants in Saratoga. The Smashburger was delicious and full of flavor. It came on time and I was not disappointed.
My wife thoroughly enjoyed the chicken and waffles. It was all white meat chicken breast. Crispy and flavorful. I took a few bites and I was envious but I also enjoyed my burger. It just makes you want a little bit of everything.
We got the picture of Bellini and it was perfect for both of us. Great value.
Overall, we will return very soon.
We went for brunch around 3 PM on a Sunday and it wasn’t too busy. Granted we had a reservation so if you have the opportunity make a reservation and you won’t be disappointed. Worst case you’ll have a 10 to 15 minute wait
