Absolutely chill vibes, late 90s knocks on the radio, BASKET OF BISCUITS…sorry I legit get carried away when describing my experience at the merc, waitress thanked us for our patience as your validly popular restaurant filled up. No! THANK YOU! For your wonderfully fresh ingredients , friendly service and overall great experience.Vegetarian options: I’m not a vegetarian but the menu had a lot of viable or as is options!

Outstanding brunch spot. Food and drink were top notch. Service very good as well. Had to wait a few minutes for a reserved table but given how crowded/popular a place it is, it was understandable.

The staff is amazing. Natalie was great from seating through service. She was totally welcoming and accommodating. It was truly a pleasure meeting her and spend time at the Merc. A busy Sunday brunch and we never felt alone. Food was great as well but Natalie made our visit.
Stopped off for brunch driving from VT to NYC. I had NO huervos rancheros even though I am not vegan, because it simply sounded tasty ... and it was!!! My wife had stuffed pepper soup & wings. The soup was done just right (the rice wasn't mushy, flavor and consistency were spot on). The wing were done just right with a perfect amount of heat. Excellent food, very nice atmosphere and prompt and courteous service.

The location is good, right in the middle of Broadway at Saratoga Spring. Not too busy on a Sunday lunch. Limited meau for the day. It's a place for drinks…The lemon pepper chicken wings was terrible. Way too salty. The fried chicken sandwich and the benedict were ok.Maybe the regular meau tells different story.

We went for brunch. The bottomless mimosa's were a hit. My friends only complaint was the Quinoa black bean burger had too much avocado on it. I had the Brioche French toast so good could not eat it all.

Had probably the greatest chicken sandwich to grace the planet here. I had a genuinely terrible week and that sandwich alone was enough to lift my soul. Server was very nice and service was extremely fast. There was an error in my order that was resolved within 5 minutes, and I had completely forgotten about it because of how good the food was. Will be a regular for sure!
