I recently had my entire family come here to celebrate an important event over a wonderful dinner. We were in a private room upstairs, the service was incredible, and the food was the best you'll get in Saratoga Springs, which is a high compliment. Given the sophistated atmosphere, I was very taken aback by the presence of a large dog that was hanging out with the family having dinner in the room next door. He startled us by walking right into the room and sniffing the table twice. He was not a service animal. The owners next door were distracted and laughing while their canine passed gas in our room before returning to the family. How is this not a health code violation on every level? How is this considered appropriate when many have canine allergies? I don't dislike dogs, but how on Earth is it justified to have one, a large one at that, in a high end restaraunt? It's my favorite restaraunt in SS, and I return often when I need to impress family or work clients. I don't think I'll be returning.

How did I wait until 2024 to dine at The Mouzon House? After 25 years in NYC, I returned to upstate NY (born and raised in Saratoga). I have always loved this house and was excited to have dinner with my husband and his sister. Crawfish Beignets and Burrata to share. I had the Porchetta special which was phenomenal. We had a small private dining room to ourselves and we felt like we were someone's guests. The house is beautifully kept, the service was amazing (thank you, Sophie and Timothy), and the food was perfect. I can't wait to come back again.

This place is crazy cool - a farm-to-table restaurant, the rooms are so unique and the place is family-owned. Staff is very friendly, the food - no matter what you order- is superb, and it is the only restaurant that did not move during Saratoga's Urban Renewal. It is tucked at the back of a parking lot/garage now - so look for it. They are thriving, even though off Broadway.

Delicious food served inside a Victorian house. Catfish, jambalaya, lamb, and appetizers were fantastic. Pair it will great service and rustic decor making this a good spot for relaxing fine dining.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly

This will always be our place. We eloped and were married in Congress park on a rainy October afternoon. The staff was wonderful to make our day special.

Went with a party of six and all ordered something different. Every dish was exquisite in its own way. The service was great and included a little discussion about the history of the building. It’s farm-to-table though so sometimes they run out of a dish and you won’t find Chilean sea bass on the menu.

We were here for a wedding in October and it was AWESOME! The food was great, catered to meat eaters, vegetarians etc and what a BEAUTIFUL house, so unique and fun for a wedding. Sitting on the porch while it lightly rained and having dinner and drinks was great. If we are in Saratoga again I would like to come here for a conventional meal!

I've loved Mouzon House for a long time. It was especially wonderful to find out that they have a set of welcoming principles, and that they stand behind them. As a queer person, I appreciate that they are mindful of choosing products that are from ethically run businesses. Moreover, this is one of the most LGBTQ-friendliest spots in town. I'm happy to continue to support them and enjoy a great meal.

Ambiance was outstanding. We ate in the green room. Our server was Miriam, or something similar. We had the crayfish beignet, the chicken and duck two ways. The chicken was way too spicy. The beignet was over cooked and too spicy. Probably wouldn't come again.

Set a reservation about two weeks in advance. I put requests in the reservation and the restaurant honored all of them! We came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. As requested, they sat us in a private room with our own tables. Candles were lit, a fireplace was in the back, and our table was wonderfully set. Our waitress was kind & attentive while still respecting the privacy we requested. I ordered the duck polenta and my boyfriend ordered the steak. We both enjoyed our food and felt like it was reasonably priced for the amount and quality. If you're looking for a really special evening in a unique setting, definitely check this place out.
