It was one week ago (5/29/25) that I had a strange and off putting experience at Trotters. I was in town for a conference so I popped in for a quick lunch. I sat at the bar and ordered a soda and a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. The food prices were posted on the wall but I didn’t see drink prices anywhere, with the exception of some beer specials. I finished up and put a $20 bill on the bar. One of the barmaids asked if that was mine, I confirmed it was and the other barmaid...

Been here several times, never had a bad experience. Food is very good, no matter what you order. Best French fries in the area. The bartender / server is very attentive and friendly.
They also have a pool table and Quick draw plus several TVs for your entertainment. Recommend stopping in if you're in the Saratoga area.
Cost for 2 people is roughly in the $20-30. area. I know I'll be going back !!!

I love my visits at trotters. Mel always kills it, even with a packed house, to make sure everyone is happy. The food and specials are always stellar and everyone is always friendly.
