We were skeptical about sushi in saratoga but it was EXCELLENT. Especially enjoyed the fried rice of all things. Fried rice is normally just normal but theirs is outstanding.

I got there and they said that they are closed. The sign on the door clearly states 3 pm and it was only 2:25.

My family and I have been here multiple times. We visited on Wednesday July 30th. My husband and I ended up getting really sick on this sushi and we are still not feeling well! Food has always been good but I needed to put this out there so the establishment knows and if anyone else's has gotten sick.

Went for lunch and were blown away by the quality of food and price. Everything came out fast and was very tasty. Parking can be difficult but that is the same for most places in Saratoga.

It's all you can eat sushi so temper your expectations. I had a few great things. A lot of ok things. And a few quite bad. The yakatori squid and scallop appetizer were highlights. The specialty rolls we had were pretty good. A lot of the sushi and sashimi tasted mediocre or worse.

Now, the real star: the sushi. The fish is incredibly fresh and melts in your mouth with each bite. From their traditional rolls like the California Roll and Tuna Sashimi to the more inventive creations like the Wasabi Special Roll, there’s something for everyone. The wasabi, unlike the overpowering paste you sometimes get elsewhere, is perfectly balanced here — spicy enough to clear your sinuses but not so strong that it takes over the flavors of the fish. If you’re daring, try the Spicy Tuna Roll with a dash of fresh wasabi. The contrast of textures between the crispy tempura and tender sushi is something you won’t forget.

They also have a great selection of sake, which pairs wonderfully with their sushi offerings.

Food was inedible and we were lucky that they didn’t charge us for returning food back. We are sushi/ sashimi lovers . Peaces of fish was so thin and tiny u couldn’t even see it and tasted. We never coming back.
