Well, Wendy's is usually a good place to get a nice hot (and correct) meal. Once I again, I was proven wrong (and according to a lot of the reviews here, I am not alone). The first thing is, when someone orders a PINEAPPLE MANGO lemonade, there should be PINEAPPLE MANGO -in- the lemonade. So, I was overcharged for a plain lemonade. Secondly, I ordered a single cheeseburger (no meal), and was charges $6.69 for a damn single burger. You can get a COMPLETE meal from BK (including a DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER) for under $6.00 I am washing my hands of Wendy's. They will no longer get my hard earned money. BK will. (I suggest you all do the same 😊🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ )

They gave me a hamburger which had all condiments & I ordered with just onions. After I brought it back the worker was very rude & finally I said to him bitching at me since it was your fault. They gave me the driest hamburger I ever had

Potholes in the drive-thru, Forgot half the order ( And they had no one to serve ), Just go to the one 10 minutes away. Otherwise semi-friendly customer support, Could be better very disappointed.

I love Wendy's food but when you ask for a large chili.. thats what you want!!!...I have been here twice and got the chili cup half full and the price for the large is $4.19...so they probably should up their game on that!!!...cause if I'm paying for a large chili and at that price you want a large chili!!!

Half of my order was missing. Then trying to talk to a person that doesn't understand English shouldn't be working the front end. Especially with customers because then they have to wait additional time to repeat themselves to someone who understands us.

Doors are always locked during business hours? They said due to safety reasons? They are located near a catholic private school a few churches and dental offices? Why use this as an excuse?

Very slow, missing food items and doors are locked to go and get said items. So we would have to wait for items in a long line again. Came around 6: 30pm Saturday night and left around 7pm.
