Food was served quickly and perfectly. No issues with my order. Staff were very friendly. I see mention of a language barrier, but the staff here were happy to repeat themselves and speak slower when asked. We ate inside and the staff came by the table to check on us. It was a good experience overall.

Waited at the speaker for 10 min nobody answered. Drove to the window the girl took my order without even typing it in. Then was told to park and sat in the parking lot for another 25min. Oh and I was the only person here the entire time and there is 3 employees inside

Nearly every time I go, they get my order wrong. It's difficult to communicate with the employees because 90% of them don't speak a lick of English. This is obviously frustrating when something is wrong because we can't understand each other. Food is typical Wendy's quality, but communication and order-correctness is lacking severely

1 order with 3 mistakes. The chicken wrap had no ranch sauce that is supposed to be on it. I ordered unsweetened iced tea but got sweetened. My son ordered a plain cheeseburger but it had bacon. Never had mistakes at other Wendy’s. I can eat at McDonald’s if I want this many mistakes.

Can hardly understand the drive through worker so it’s hard to tell if he’s asking important questions about the meal. After confirming multiple times what our order was, we still got the wrong food. Would not recommend going to this Wendy’s.
When you get a mobile order in, that says no mayo, and then hand me the receipt in line that says no mayo, I believe that I shoukd get a damn burger with no mayo. And yet they still managed to screw it up. Congratulations guys. You're a bunch of idiots.

Heck no! man was rude, forgot sour cream, that’s okay; I asked nicely for some, and he thought I was Lying. Tried to enjoy my baked potato, what do you know, a tiny rock/pebble was in there. I’m Not from the area so I’m not doing anything about it, they Just suck at first impressions 😮💨

Horrible, they claim to never have my uber/orders to the point where Uber themselves tell me to no longer go there & they're gonna investigate. The manager just tells me "no" & moves on to joking with coworkers mocking us delivery drivers like is a joke to them, I know Spanish so I know they do & when he needs to explain stuff such as why they don't have the uber order he acts like he doesnt know English & literally shows me on his phone what i need to know. I've said before management here is a big problem & based on all the 1 star reviews I see the past few months maybe corporate needs to finally take a good look at this location & how it's run. The Congress street location is great though, never had a problem there.
