I was a National Velvet stan for the longest time, but as of late I've fallen in love with their Apple of My Eye crepe. I'm so happy they're back to their full menu! They also frequently have specials, so there's always something new to try.And the DRINKS! The hot chocolate is practically served in a bowl. Absolutely lovely, especially in the winter months.As of late, they are understaffed, so there is a bit of a wait, especially on busy weekends. Service can be slow, this is definitely a place for when you want to take your time and chat with friends over brunch, not so much for a quick in and out bite. But I promise you, it is so worth the wait. Truly one of Saugerties' gems.Vegetarian options: The sweet crepes are all vegetarian, and if you're in the mood for savory, you can customize a crepe.Parking: Right next to the public parking lot!
