During our roadtrip vacation, we stayed in Saugerties. We decided on The Kitchen at Salt & Fire as our dinner destination. The staff are professional and friendly. Joe, the owner, is hands on in the kitchen working along with his crew preparing delicious meals. My tuna was perfectly prepared and presented. My husband chose the chicken Marsala special and thought it was delicious it. The portions were plentiful.
