We were seated and the waitress was too busy chatting up a male customer. She finally brought us a menu and went back to lounging at the counter. We had to tell the hostess and waive the waitress back over to take our order. She said she forgot about us. We ordered two sandwiches. Waited over an hour and heard her tell another customer that they were backed up in the kitchen and there was over an hour wait for food. She never disclosed this to us.
