Don’t miss out!!! This place is a real gem! Excellent, fresh, and delicious food at a great value.
And here’s the best part: Mabel’s makes homemade pies! Naturally, we had to conduct a taste test. Seven varieties, three people, lots of forks flying. Fun and delicious. The mince pie came out on top… but honestly, they were all winners.
We loved everything and will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!

Nice place to eat. Has a little diner atmosphere. Good variety of choices on the menu. They have specials everyday.
We stopped at this homespun diner on our way to upstate. It has absolutely delicious food! The hot turkey and hot roast beef sandwich plates with gravy were divine. The burgers are fresh, hand patty, meat. You must get the hand cut fries. They are scrumptious!

Nice clean, friendly dinner. Service was prompt. Waitress was knowledgeable and friendly. Best house brewed tea I've had in N.Y. and they made me one to go with extra lemon on our way out. Food was served hot and good. Real mashed potatoes and tender liver. House made Rye for my pattymelt, which was cooked to order perfectly. The only small complaint was that there could have been better air-conditioning, as it was a hot day. Will stop again.

Stopped in while traveling. Order a coffee and a slice of blueberry pie. The waitress was very attentive and kind. While the entrance and the front counter looked a little messy, the coffee was hot and the pie was excellent! Not too sweet, which I appreciate. All their pies are made in store, with pie crusts from scratch! I would definitely try their other dessert options and regular menu items.
