Went to this establishment on Sunday for early Mother’s Day Brunch which my daughter booked. As you walk in I was greeted by staff who where very polite . We where a group of 10 . Waitstaff was quick and frequently asked if we needed anything. Decor was very fresh and spotless. The food was very good and appropriate portions and very flavorful. I would recommend this for brunch if your looking for a calm relaxed atmosphere for brunch.

So glad I discovered this local, charming spot just steps from my house in Sayville. It was so delish ,my husband & I went two days in a row. It's upscale but not pretentious & snooty. Right down to the back round music. The menu is a tad more limited than other places but when you order you can tell that's what makes the entree that much better. I ordered the short ribs with whipped mashed potatoes & brussel sprouts. They were full of flavor & melted in your mouth. My husband ordered the center cut pork chop. He raved. So much so that we went back on Saturday. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and knew the menu, drinks and had helpful recommendations. "Michael", the owner was on site making sure of customer satisfaction you could see. We will definitely be going back. Especially since there is outdoor seating now that the weather is getting nicer.

Great local spot in the heart of Sayville. Menu was a little limited but the food was excellent. So much so, that we went 2 days in a row. Startered off with shrimp cocktail. Very fresh! Then we ordered the short ribs with mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, Steak Frite, Pork Chops. Everything was cooked to perfection & tasty. We had a great window seat with the sun setting. Will definitely be going back. I can walk there from my house.

First time going bk since pandemic. Although place was totally renovated we felt it lacked the quaint charm it had prior. Was surprised to see bar full so we were seated immediately. First round of drinks took 30 min to arrive. Our other guests came& we ordered appetizers. We had to ask for bread. Appetizers took 1 hour to come out& were good. Had to keep asking for more rounds of drinks as waiter was not atttentive but lacked training. Dinner came out 2 hours after appetizers so we asked for bread in between& the waiter brought 1 roll over! Some meals good, some grossly over cooked, 1 meal had 2 hairs in it. Owner never came over to check on us during meal.$600 meal and wasnt worth it. No one even offfered coffee or dessert so we eventually asked for our check.

I really enjoy this quaint Bistro, great food nice for brunch, good service and a cozy atmosphere. Menu is a little different than typical fare.

Friendly waiter. Food was terrible for a $500 check for group of 6. Sat at 6:30pm, they gave us bread at 7:30, appetizers a few minutes later, and our meals came at 8:25pm. Two hairs in one meal, tuna was cold, overcooked meat (waiter brought new one quickly though), and drinks took forever. Buffalo cauliflower was very good. Overall a disappointing and long dining experience.

We sat down ordered our drinks and the owner denied us alcohol due to the fact we had a gift card with us. We walked out and will never go back.

had the price fixed menu during restaurant week. There were three of us, we had fish, pork loin, and steak. The appetizers (shrimp) and dessert (creme brulee) were delicious. Every meal was very good. Service was fantastic and the place was very clean. We're going back with no doubt.

So the waiter was great but the owner on the other hand was rude and uncaring I explained to him the reason we came to the restaurant was the menu we saw on line he said that was for his bule point restaurant that closed so me still ate but when we left he ask how everything was we told him the fish and Risotto was not good it's not good he said you can't please everybody Who in the right mind that owns a restaurant tells that to a customer The just spent $300 on dinner great to go if you want to over pay and be Treated like trash

Went back to Bistro 25, since the new opening and I have to say everything was amazing! From the food to the service it far exceeded our expectations! We can’t wait to go back!
