This is a cute spot to have a quiet breakfast (9:30am weekday) the interior is VERY tiny and so are the tables so keep that in mind. The breakfast is cooked fresh to order and that's great but also means you can be waiting fairly long, but the food was absolutely worth it. Eggs and sausage cooked perfectly. Sourdough bread and potatoes were also delicious. Will definitely be back again.

Love this place! The breakfast is high quality, coffee is amazing. They have delish gluten free English muffins. Small place but cute and cozy. Been here 4 times already and everyone I go with says the same thing, they absolutely love it! They even have a little outdoor area in the back. :)

Went here last weekend with my boyfriend and we loved it!! Initially i had suggested going here specifically because when it opened, i heard it was really cute and quaint. That it was!! I'm a brunch and latte kinda girlie, so i couldn't wait to try it out.
First, atmosphere: It's very small without having a cluttered or claustrophobic feel. It's cozy, and has a very woodsy and a bit of a dark fairy-ish theme to it. I'm an outdoorsy person so of course i loved the natural decor!
Second, food: I got the corn hotcakes with grape syrup, my boyfriend got the brunch pot pie. I really liked what i got because it was almost like a cross between thick pancakes and cornbread, and i looooooove cornbread!! The grape syrup is something I've never heard of before, but it was SO good!! My boyfriend loved what he ordered, and he's an honest food critic.
Third, waitstaff: Our waitress was very patient while we took a while to order and we appreciate that! Also, i asked for a coffee drink to be made decaf and a lot of nice places get annoyed when you ask for decaf, but this place didn't. They had no issue making my drink decaf which i was so grateful for! The decaf coffee they used was very bold and flavorful, too:D

This place is AMAZING. It simply can’t be overstated. The food was amazing - had a vegan version of A Smattering and I can’t stop thinking about it. I’m normally a fast eater but I definitely took my time to enjoy it. It was appropriate for the setting. A quiet spot out back, some sun on my back, and a delicious breakfast while listening to chill music. I don’t live on Long Island anymore and this place is out of the way for me when I do visit, however, it’s my new go-to spot. Fresh food from the garden and attention to sustainability. Right up my alley allllll the way!

Did you know that Brunch Sayville does private events?? My friends and family threw me a surprise bridal shower and it was the best day ever!! Michelle and her staff are excellent! We have a lot of unique allergies in the family and they were able to accommodate ALL of them! And on top of that, the food was so delicious! They even packed the leftovers up for us to take home so nothing went to waste! I especially appreciated their use of bamboo plates which was such a nice touch as it’s so much better for the environment than plastic. They really thought of everything! The space is nice and intimate and decorated in the most adorable way! Thank you so much for a fantastic day!!

Brunch is hands down one of the best breakfast spots I’ve been to in a long time! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is cozy and welcoming, with a laid-back atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. The staff is super friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
Now the food—amazing. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
Whether you’re in the mood for something sweet or savory, there’s something on the menu for everyone. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area and the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again!
