We enjoyed the family style experience. Food was tasty.. We ordered an appetizer, salad, pasta dish and chicken dish to share amongst 4 people... took home a nice amount of leftovers... enjoyed their chicken meatballs with the rigatoni. Would definitely return if I go see a show again in the area however we live 35 minutes away so for regular dining, we most likely will go to the Woodbury location... service was adequate.. overall we had a good dinner...

Butera's accommodated us with a nice high chair for the baby, and placed us in a corner so we were very comfortable. It was a wonderful birthday celebration, with candles on the dessert cannoli. Service was great, and we had a fabulous family evening!

A few weeks ago, four of us went for dinner. We ordered three family sized entrees to share. Chicken francaise, shrimp in pink sauce and fried calamari over Caesar salad. The first two entrees arrived on large oval plates and large shareable portions.
The calamari over salad came in a small lunch size dish (31 dollars). Both the waiter and manager insisted this was dinner sized. Since we are not stupid we will never go back there. We felt cheated at today's prices.

Food was awesome. Service was alittle slow. It was a Friday night. Place was crowded. It was raining and the ceiling was leaking over our table and was dripping on me. I moved to seat on other side of table. Manager noticed and came over and offered to move our table. We declined. I feel he should have comped my drink or something but whatever. That's why I didnt 5 star it across the board. Still a delicious dinner and nice experience.

We sat outside since it was nice out l. We ate a nice appetizer and some of their delicious bread. Then as we sat outside and talked for a while before our dinners arrived. I had the veal with pasta while she had baked raviolis. The food was excellent and a large amount so we took the rest of it home for the next day. We had a good night there for her birthday and would recommend it to everyone.

Walways have a blast at Butera's . It reminds me of eating in a Manhattan restaurant right here on Long Island. If you ever want to feel like you're eating in Manhattan go to Butera's! The food is always very good and the service is excellent! Management and staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is always great!

I felt the place was dirty and needs to be updated. The bar area had that bar smell and the tables were sticky. It needs to be cleaned well and updated a bit. The food was okay but the bread they put on the table with the bean spread was hard. I would not eat here again.

This was our third time dining at Butera’s. The prior two times were for parties, this time for dinner.
Buteras is very nice. The atmosphere is very very comfortable, can be a little noisy depending on clientele, but, that’s to be expected. The restaurant is very clean and the food is exceptional. Meals are served family style, good menu options, and good drink menu.
Service: Our waitress was very good. She was very attentive and provided good service overall. I didn’t get her name unfortunately, but, looked like all patrons were satisfied with the level of service they were receiving.
They quality of the food was exceptional. Very tasty. We had eggplant Parmesan, spaghetti and meatballs, and a fried calamari appetizer. I had a drink called the “key lime”.
Oh! And bread baskets, yes two, were brought to the table at the beginning.
Pleasant decor, clean and friendly, and very welcoming.
We will be dining here again when we’re in town.
