I only gave 3 Starrs for the SERVICE! Which was really good. BUT the ice cream was horrible. I got a vanilla icream cone, and it was dripping all over the place. I am not sure if the temperature for the ice cream machine was off or what. Secondly, behind the register smelled like wet dog. It smelled like someone used an old mop to clean the floor, which smelled horrible. There was food and crumbs, dirt which was very visible to the public..... I took pictures of it. But sadly...
Churro soft serve with churro crunchies is MUST have. All Carvels get 3 stars because it'll just never be as good as the way we remembered it as a kid - Friendly helpful staf - they get 5.
Amazing desserts and even better service! My husband went to pick up desserts for work and the staff was so attentive and helpful guiding him on what to bring and what will stay fresh overnight. Love this place and will keep on returning!!!
