I moved out of the area for a few years and recently moved back. Cornucopia was one of my first stops. I missed the staff and the awesome food they make so much. Chicken Waldorf Salad and a Banana Date Smoothie were of course my first order of business. Both absolute must haves! There was a girl named Tina who used to work there, who made a summer specialty smoothie called Tina Colada. Obviously it had no liquor (☹️), but if you closed your eyes, you’d swear you were sipping it on a beach in Jamaica! It was so good! Wish they’d put it back on the menu. I was sorry to see that Sweet Soul Bakery had closed, because their brownies and homemade soups were to die for. But a new bakery makes a mini vegan coffee cake, mini vegan cheesecake, and mini vegan carrot cake - all very good! The Cole slaw is still awesome, and I highly recommend the Buffalo cauliflower!!!

I spent 5-6 dollars on a small container of blueberries and they were mushy and tasteless. When spending an exorbitant amount of money on food the quality should be nothing but the best. So disappointing. Will not be back

If I could give a zero I would. They take an order online 200.00 and then call and say you need to have your order placed by 11am in order to get same day delivery? They cancel your order but can't refund you they say they need your credit card info again. Sounds weird to me. Fix your online ordering system as to not take orders after 11am then and learn how merhcants can reverser authorizations without cashiers calling for credit card inf. Now its a chargeback

I do like the helpful staff and the range of health related items available. Today I had a disappointment: at some point, they changed their reward system by limiting the time period in which you could use them. I spend a lot of money there each time I go, but I try to limit my drive there to once a month. Apparently the points I had accrued on my last visit, which was within the last month Had expired. Without warning. So today I was told I would get $10 off of my next visit. And I said “I was told that last time“. And the cashier told me those points had expired. And if I don’t come back within the week, some of the points, I just gained will be expired. I don’t appreciate that they changed the policy, but my real gripe is that there was no notice given of the change.

Cornucopia has the best health foods around, sources from local farms/companies. Try the Macro Bowls and the new mocktails available now l. My all time favorite item is the “cookies and cream collagen shake that they serve in the back of the market! 10/10

Thank you Drew for handling the coffee situation so aggressively I was there today and very happy with the product and new coffee dispenser you purchased…as you may know that going to your establishment every morning to purchase coffee often leads to other purchases while in the store…I would like to make another suggestion and that is to lighten the load of employees stocking the isles during peak business hours the store is to small to have 5 workers with there carts blocking the isles causing multiple inconveniences not mention deciding not to purchase items that are being obstructed in the areas the workers are loading….as you know Whole Foids will be 10x the size of your store with wide isles offering w weighing your store offers excluding your deli department that I consider to be superior to there’s…please listen to this warning that I am not the only customer who feels this way just the only one saying it…I am a commercial RE development broker working for over 30 years and an expert on businesses that thrive until real competition comes along and the model is sustaining in every way and this is a real issue you need to make changes on like a night shift of workers that stock the shelves for opening of business instead of how it’s done now …thanks again for the new hot coffee I appreciate it!

Words cannot describe how disappointed I am. I did a too good to go order and it is supposed to be worth $30 of food. Now I understand that this is a health food store and things are more money however they gave me a tiny bag of chips, one box of cereal, Canadian bacon and two oatmeal chocolates tiny ones like snack size I looked it up online. It is not $30 worth of stuff. I got ripped off a store that supposed to be all about health and not wasting that you would think that they would want. To give things that are almost expired. I have been told to come to the store by two or three people, and I was honestly looking forward to trying things to see if I wanted to travel all the way to Sayville to shop and this is what I got to try out, this was not $30 worth And honestly, you guys should be ashamed.

4/27/24 1 pmThis store has a lot of stuff and it's hard to tell whether or not the stock moves on a regular basis because a lot of the stuff on the shelves was very dusty. The aisles are cramped and some of the products that I have bought in the past are not consistently in stock. It always seems like when I come in the store that the cash register people are lackluster. There is a lot of parking, and a couple of cute stores in the area that can be accessed by parking in this particular lot however it does get cramped on a busy Saturday morning especially when there is a fair in town.05/21/24, I have updated this review from a 3 to a 4 based on how responsive Drew was in contacting me to address my concerns. Thank you for taking my review seriously and look foward to meeting you in the near future.

Went to the store for the first time trying them out with TooGoodTooGo. The 3/4 items given were months beyond the sell by date. The only item that wasn’t. In the Facebook group for toogoodtoogo, sadly it seems to be a common theme with this store. Many other people complain of being given expired items. That’s the good thing about TGTG, you get people in the door you normally wouldn’t, and try to retain them. Not with this, Shame.

Several good vegan items in the deli, nice (though pricey) produce, decent assortment of vegan cheeses, always helpful and kind staff

Really good food. Not too salty. Black bean burrito is a great vegetarian choice.

This makes me feel so bad about myself. I have to dress up for this store I think. I walked in and felt so uncomfortable like I walked into a five star restaurant…I had to leave. I cried in my car for a half an hour because of all the negativity that was sent to me.

This is a great store, especially for someone with dietary restrictions. Lots of healthy options and organic food. The staff are great as well. I highly recommend it.

Best of the best. No GMO,no high fructose or nonsense food. This is for the health enthusiasts looking to maximize there health. The best supplements and a juice bar with food on premises. This place is the blueprint to a healthy lifestyle. With a point program to save 10 off every 100 spent and sales throughout the store. This is the start to a lifestyle change and health improvement in diet and lifestyle.
