Man in the morning shift today gets mad when they get ur order wrong . I asked for my money back . Very rude ! Even rolled his eyes at me cause he got my order wrong and I wanted him to fix it but after his rude behavior I asked for my money back. Terrible customer service ! His name was Sunny !

I don’t typically leave reviews on Dunkin locations. But the fact that I said wow when I tasted my coffee and wow again when I tasted my sandwich, I felt they deserve a review at this particular location in Sayville. It’s very rare to find a Dunkin this good. The coffee is delicious. Not bitter or stale tasting. They made it perfectly, and the sandwich is tasty and fresh. Def recommend this location if your near by !

I have gone to this Dunkin pretty much everyday since it has opened, even during Covid. All the staff greet me with a smile and by name. The staff works very hard even during busy times.
Parking: People park in the entrance on the west side of the store so they can run in the store. If you are coming from East and turning in from Main Street be aware. It really needs a no parking sign there.

No drive-thru, lousy parking lot, too many cars and VERY slow. No other options (I think there is a second Dunkin by the train station) though anywhere else.

I have ordered from this Dunkin before and I usually never have any issues. I ordered a bagel toasted dark with veggie cream cheese. I ordered it on the app and it was ready to go when I got there which was fine. I get home and try to take a bite of my bagel and it’s rock hard. I felt like I was biting into a lollipop or a jolly rancher candy. I don’t have this problem at any other Dunkin I’ve been to. I don’t know if the bagel was stale or if their oven is on steroids but I legit can’t bite into it.
