As usual a great experience at Sayville Friendlys. The staff was putting up Christmas decor and serving the 3 customers having an early dinner while I was there. The waitress was super nice!

My 7 year old daughter and I stopped by on our way home from shopping. Our waiter Khalil was fantastic and the food was “delicious” per my daughter. We were stuffed after only eating half! The children’s activity book was very fun for her-most of the time she’s done in 2 minutes. Def recommend. Would absolutely come back again for a “date night” with my girl.
No allergy friendly ice creams and i did not see any sorbets i have dairy and egg allergy and nothing for me in the ice cream part of the place

I honestly would not recommend this location. The food was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the price. What really shocked me was the wait time. It took over 30 minutes just to get two simple meals, which is crazy for a fast food place that is supposed to be quick and convenient.
On top of that, the staff was rude and unhelpful. There was no sense of urgency and the overall vibe was just unpleasant. With so many other options around, I will be going elsewhere next time.
