Kids were blasting music and the employees didn’t seem to notice and the whole time they were playing sigma boy and sigma girl and it was so overstimulating and someone spilled a glass and a mom was yelling sooooo loud!

Friendly's has always been a great place to eat at not like most places. I started going there back when it was first opened in Great Barrington Massachusetts! It was great then & still is though a few changes. Swiss Almond Chocolate Sunday was removed I don't know why? They should bring it back!

I'm giving 5 stars because the unpleasant manager doesn't count against what we ordered or the other very nice workers that served us. Went in tonight on Saturday 5/3 around 5:30 PM, first were (not) greeted by 2 servers that looked us with disgust for just walking in to the ice cream takeout area, then the manager was being very short with the very nice young girl that took our order.
