Horrible experience. First time ordering from the place & the person taking order was not friendly. The wonton soup had thick amount of salt on the bottom and was not even edible was so salty I called politely asking for my money back instead they argued to leave the soup on the doorstep and that they would give a new soup and never did. Will never order from them again. Can’t steal peoples money and not provide the things they paid for. Go to Mr wangs ! They are much better food taste wise and also good customer service only tried this place since it was closer & won’t ever be back!

We ordered 3 meals. One guy barely ate since he thought something was wrong with the pork. He's in the best shape. But still felt sick and had mild diarrhea. The second person ate about half their dinner. They've had mild diarrhea and nausea with gas for the last 2 days. Unfortunately I finished my meal (beef and broccoli). I still can't eat because of severe nausea. I've had severe diarrhea (sitting for hours all night long) and severe fatigue. I've never had to do a review like this but I'm sitting on the throne as I write this. 2 days of this. I'm a medic and my wife is a nurse and I'm using every trick in the book just to function. Three meals, three people sick. Needless to say we will not be eating here again.

My family loves Jade. Very Good food and they follow instructions very good. We love the delivery man. Always plays with our 2 beagles. We order regularly from here. I know it's going to sound weird but we have an elderly senior living with us who can't swallow vegetables good. I ask them to not include vegetables in a lot of dishes and they always do so. Very grateful. Only place we get Chinese from now.

Best Chinese restaurant around hands down! … It’s always super clean, soothing music playing, and the food is fantastic. Love their menu with all the sharp photos up top. They’re always super friendly too. You can tell that they genuinely care. They really put their heart into the food and it shows. Highly recommended.

I have been going here for years. In the past year I have seen a drastic downward spiral in everything. The staff is nasty. Unable to answer questions about the food they serve. The food is extremely greasy. Flavor is non existant. The portions are minuscule and the price is now outrageous. I don’t mind paying for good food and service. I’m sorry to say I no longer will get anything from this establishment.

I had dinner here tonight chicken, broccoli, rice, two egg rolls so yummy and delicious everything was fresh and I really would like to say that the atmosphere was so nice and the woman who greeted me was the owner Qio was so personable so friendly so nice to everybody that came in, it makes a noticeable difference because some people do not even look up or greet you. I will definitely be back.!

Having moved to the area two years ago, I have tried every Chinese take out in Sayville, Bohemia and Oakdale...I have to say this is my favorite! Finally a place that does not overcook their General Tao's Chicken! It is sweet, tangy and savory. Super friendly service as well!
