Terrible experience. Went here for the first time today and waited 40 minutes in an empty restaurant without ever receiving our food. Either the waitress forgot to put the order in or the kitchen missed the ticket. Mistakes happen, I understand that, having worked in the industry for 25 years, but after 15–20 minutes the waitress should have checked with the kitchen and realized something was wrong.
What made it worse is that if I hadn’t asked about our food, she never would have come over. Only then did she apologize, and it was far from the kind of proactive apology the situation required. At a minimum, she should have offered to comp the bill or at least one of the meals.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience and a shocking level of incompetence for a place with such great reviews. It couldn’t have been handled any worse.

It was good pizza pie till I went there today!! the pizza maker was let go of and the new pizza pie was terrible. It was doughy and greasy!!!! Also got a mama vodka slice that tasted like nothing!! Threw it ALL in the garbage! The staff didn't even care when I complained. I will never go there again!!!

Another fun night at Metros. Great food service, and music by Greg Seck. Saturday night live music at Metros is always perfect for listening while eating and having drinks. What a wonderful place we are lucky to have in Sayville, always featuring Long Island's best musicians.

First time here and can’t say enough how nice our experience was!! The owner Danny greeting everyone with a warm hello and Terry the hostess, very welcoming and her smile is contagious!! The food was delicious, and I know almost every establishment has the traditional wings but these wings fell off the bone!! Definitely a spot that I and the “Grinch” will frequent a lot!!

Went for dinner on Saturday night. We sat at the bar and had a drink before we went to our table. Terry I assume was the manager, was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Danny the owner was very welcoming. The atmosphere was very nice. They had live music which was enjoyable. Danny stopped by our table many times to make sure everything was ok. The food was delicious and all in all a very nice night. I highly recommend.
The second we walked in we were immersed in a rude environment and rude employees we were immediately profiled and told we weren't allowed to sit at a table. The rude employee followed us around the store and yelled at us when we walked out. We were being treated like we were going to steal something or mess up the store but in actuality we were just trying to get pizza. She even yelled at us instead of the other kids who were actually blocking the door.
