The cashier was very slow and not helpful at all. She also had a grumpy expression and didn’t treat customers politely.
Always a classic.
Favorite Ralphs on LI
I tried going when the store was supposed to open at 12:00, waited 30 minutes and they never opened.
Great ices!
It's an ice cream shop made great by helpful and caring employees. We were a bit of a mob, and the young man who took care of us was extremely helpful and got evey single order correct. Very nice place. Parking can be a bit tricky, but then again, it's on main street in Sayville...enough said.
I ordered a chocolate ice w lemon ice ..a combo....but... couldn't get the lemon. As it was super frozen. Waaaa....I ordered a pint.of chocolate only....when I opened it to taste it wasn't filled up as usual. ..,..it was delicious but for 9.99. I'm surprised of the feeling I got when I looked how empty the pint was. Will not be going back to Sayville.....
ordered for pick up so we could avoid waiting in the building with our inpatient toddlers just to find that “they never received the order” even though ralph’s confirmed our order through uber… when my husband walks in i get a text saying ‘ralph’s-sayville canceled the order because they couldn’t complete it.’ and the chick behind the counter tells him “we never got the order.” debating on bringing my now-upset toddlers there for punishment.
Came here today and was chatting with Joe, behind the counter about living overseas and how much we miss Ralph’s. He gave us a cute little tote to carry our ices. When my daughter announced she was claiming it for herself he ran in the back and gave me another one for my son. Love the American hospitality and kindness on Long Island! Thanks Joe

They are closed during winter, makes sense. But, food is decent for a nice cold treat. But, wish ley had more dining tables outside!
Dietary restrictions: Def don't recommend if you're lactose intolerant or can't have milk, dairy.
Parking: Behind or right out front!
Kid-friendliness: Kids LOVE IT, especially the ages of 11-18 and 6-9.

Went there at 9:10 50 mins before they closed and the floors where moped at front door locked and the phone number says the number has been disconnected so can’t even call them
I had the pleasure of trying Ralph's Italian Ices recently, and I must say it was a delightful experience. Their Rainbow, vanilla bean, and strawberry cheesecake flavors were absolutely delicious. What I appreciated even more was the fact that they offered non-dairy options, catering to various dietary preferences. The wide variety of flavors they have to offer means there's something for everyone. I can confidently say that Ralph's Italian Ices has become one of my favorite spots for a sweet treat, and I can't wait to explore more of their tasty offerings!
The ice creams are good. The strawberry cheesecake is a unpopular good flavor there.
