Just passed by ralphs sayville today and thought I would share. I would always go in late at night in the summer and they were so kind to me! A pretty blonde girl and guy with brown curly hair would always he working together and would always be so respectful and let me try new flavors when I asked what was good! Great customer service would definitely recommend :)

Went there at 9:10 50 mins before they closed and the floors where moped at front door locked and the phone number says the number has been disconnected so can’t even call them

I had the pleasure of trying Ralph's Italian Ices recently, and I must say it was a delightful experience. Their Rainbow, vanilla bean, and strawberry cheesecake flavors were absolutely delicious. What I appreciated even more was the fact that they offered non-dairy options, catering to various dietary preferences. The wide variety of flavors they have to offer means there's something for everyone. I can confidently say that Ralph's Italian Ices has become one of my favorite spots for a sweet treat, and I can't wait to explore more of their tasty offerings!

I have been going there for years. Recently went in and the stench was horrible. The counters were filthy and my shoes were sticking to the floor. I ordered an ice on a sugar cone---stale! one of the workers said that other people complained about the smell, and said "well I guess I will let the manager know". Never going back!
