This place is run by kids that are lazy and not attentive to their customers. I walked in today and as soon as I got to the counter and exchanged greetings with with the girl who was about to help me, the phone rang. She picked it up as I was expecting her too, but also thought she’d say “please hold” as I then had to wait for her to have a conversation with someone and then take their order. After a few minutes, she got off the phone and continued a conversation with her co worker as I’m still waiting! Visibly annoyed I finally gave her my order and sensing that I was upset, she got nasty with me and kept giving me death stares. I finally paid and waited. After about 10-15 min of waiting for a single smoothie and noticing the people who came in 5 minutes after me got their order and I wasn’t called up to the counter yet, I asked where my smoothie was. The guy was confused and thought I was picking up and I had to explain that I ordered 15 min ago. They had my smoothie in the refrigerator !! I feel this was definitely intentional and it was such an inconvenience to be there for 30 minutes for 1 smoothie. I hope Madison, the manager, does something about this.

My daughter said NO granola she’s highly allergic to peanuts and they still put granola with peanuts in her bowl. If we hadn’t noticed she could have eaten it. They need to take allergies more serious.
Love it! All the young "men" (boys) are all so sweet and respectful. Every time I call for an order, he greets me by name and has it waiting for me. The store is very clean & well maintained. Also, other Sobols only fill up the container half way. They hook you up. Keep up the great service guys! I probably bought the owner a yacht by now.

This place is absolutely amazing. Every time I've been there it's been pretty crowded, but the service is pretty fast.. I think it's the best place to get an acai bowl on Long Island..

The staff is not friendly. They prepare orders very, very late. I won't go there again. Every time I go it's always the same.

Great cappuccino! And got myself a gluten free peanut butter cookie, and they went well together. Comfortable atmosphere. Will try the GF almond cake next.

So I went to solbol in farmingdale NY first and the service was so depressing. The smoothie was good and the bagel was too but I go by service before food. I decided to give it another chance at another location and this one the service was happy and inviting and the shake was delish!! I was a bit bummed once I got to my meeting I noticed I paid for the big size but was given the smaller size. BUT because the service was m uh better it didn’t bother me as much. Next time I’ll drive out to this location for my drink. ?
The manager ALLISON is very very rude and should not be working with people or in the service industry. I used to get bowls 2 or 3 times a week but I will never go back because of how horribly she treated me. I am disabled and she was so hurtful and rude about ym disability. She is truly the reason this company has lost my business.... sad sick stuff from ALLISON who claimed to be a manager good grief .... if she is training other employees boy are they in trouble .... :(
