Newsflash: a shot is 1.5 ounces. Somehow, Starbucks feels its ok to rip off the public and shave that down to one ounce. They take it a step further, as is my experience, at the Sayviĺle location. I ordered three shots and received what looks like no more than 1.5 ounces at best and this is not the first time. Manager informed me that they push a button for 1, 2 or 3 shots. Im here to tell you that your machine does not give the consumer what they pay for. Im done with you. You are a bunch of thieves. The prices are outlandish and even justifying them for convenience I still cant get close to what I pay for. I bought an espresso machine and next time I'll find someplace else.

I bought a drink and they did not have all ingredients need it but they still made the drink and charge normal price the drink taste weird nothing like it was so posted taste

The people that work here are awesome. Just a reminder if you're getting a coffee, iced or hot, taste it before you leave if you are not staying, because on two separate visits I asked for extra sweet and received just the opposite, very bitter. It tasted like there was no sugar at all...

Absolutely beautiful grounds. I’d recommend stopping by here. You don’t have a lot of seating however, the crowd size seems small on a regular day.
Nice people, great drive thru. I don't get Starbucks often, I guess I'm not used to their kind of coffee. Filled where it is spilling out. Light & sweet was actually dark and bitter...? Not hot at all. Warmed it up at home and added more sugar.

Schultz would be churning in his living grave if he saw how cold this brand new location is. Thank God the people are loving and warm so you don’t freeze to death. The food was perfect bru latte exceptional. By far the most terrible Starbucks design.Thank you Rachel, Joe, Naomi. Hopefully they clean this up and make it comfortable like everyone has viewed Starbucks.

Love the morning staff, they are so friendly and lively for the 6am hour. My drinks are always perfect and love their recommendations with orders. Very clean with a great atmosphere. Love it here.
