This Starbucks has the worst staff I’ve ever seen. They marked my drink done and only one drink was done, whatever. I’m waiting for my drink and the guy asked me what my drink was. I told him it was also a matcha but that it was a DIFFERENT drink with different ingredients. I told him specifically, dude my girlfriend is going to be pissed if you mess that drink up. And he said to my face ā€œI’ll just re-use the stickerā€ and picked up the finished drink, took the sticker off and made a second one. DESPITE ME PRACTICALLY YELLING THAT IT WASNT THE SAME DRINK. Complete negligence and incompetence, the idiot deserves to get fired. Stay away from this place is you actually like getting what you ordered.

3 disastrous drinks in one day is a record. Refresher: watered down $6 plus; 2 coffee frapps: overcharged for one ($10 instead of $8.60) and drink was done wrong, the second is missing sweetness and the traditional Frappuccino taste. I’m not going back in again to be disappointed a 4th time. I’ve never had an experience like this here.

Mothersday 2025. Went into the starbucks for the 1st time ever. I have only ever been through the drive-through on a rare weekend morning with my wife. When it was my turn at the counter, The guy asked me if I’m having a good day and I showed him a picture of my wife and said do you know this woman and he said yes and I said yes I am having a good day and then I said do you know her order and he said yes and I said now I’m having an even better day And then he noted. He should probably leave out the espresso shot as it’s the weekend. Turns out he mailed that too five stars.

I’m a remote worker who checks into WiFi-friendly places like this relatively frequently, and right now they’re my favorite. I like the seating area, and the staff has always been friendly. Allie always lets me know when I have points to use, which is great since I rarely keep track of such things, and today Alex was very welcoming… although the entire crew is always very friendly. No complaints. Thank you!

This place is the best on Long Island. From my job, I usually do very large orders and time after time this location and their staff delivers with perfection and they always treat me with a smile.

This Starbuck's is a den of thieves. I ordered an iced coffee, not ice with a tablespoon of coffee on the side. First time I thought it was a fluke, second time and I know that filling a cup to the brim with ice is policy here. Spend your money at a coffee shop that respect's it's customers, not here.

Newsflash: a shot is 1.5 ounces. Somehow, Starbucks feels its ok to rip off the public and shave that down to one ounce. They take it a step further, as is my experience, at the SayviÄŗle location. I ordered three shots and received what looks like no more than 1.5 ounces at best and this is not the first time. Manager informed me that they push a button for 1, 2 or 3 shots. Im here to tell you that your machine does not give the consumer what they pay for. Im done with you. You are a bunch of thieves. The prices are outlandish and even justifying them for convenience I still cant get close to what I pay for. I bought an espresso machine and next time I'll find someplace else.

I bought a drink and they did not have all ingredients need it but they still made the drink and charge normal price the drink taste weird nothing like it was so posted taste

The people that work here are awesome. Just a reminder if you're getting a coffee, iced or hot, taste it before you leave if you are not staying, because on two separate visits I asked for extra sweet and received just the opposite, very bitter. It tasted like there was no sugar at all...
