I love wonton soup and I’m always ordering form multiple locations but, to charge $4 and get 3/4 of a container is pretty wild.

This is our goto place for sushi. I think it will be our last. Understand restaurants have a one off day but the sushi chef needs to be changed . Sushi shouldn’t fall apart when grabbing it , Shouldn’t have uneven rice distribution around it (some spots very thick in spots looking very uneven ). Place wasn’t busy but for gods sake put some art into what you send out.

Walked in a sat down. Explained that son is autistic and he was going to be a little loud and that we apologize in advance for any inconvenience he may cause. It was us and another family who was seated way far away. The host told us to make sure we keep our son on the quiet side. There are customers in here. I said we understand, but that's not in our control. Our son likes to shout out random noises and just random yelling. It was very rude and upsetting that you had all audacity to say it in a way of being snobbish and if we are a problem. You stated yeah I have customers in here and blah blah....are we not customers??? We didn't have to say anything. You were already being a little weird. We come here occasionally and love the food and servers here, but the host can go through how to have customer service again. You will not be getting out money or service ever again! It's such a shame that the food and servers are great, but the host not so much

The food was delicious, fresh, and very reasonably priced. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the server that took our order seemed annoyed at us. I can't understand why, since we made a reservation for 10 and came on time. She was speaking very fast and we had to keep asking her "what did you say?" The restaurant was empty, as we were there on a weekday at 1pm, but I felt like she was rushing us a bit. We also had to ask 3 times to please lower the music, as it was very loud and we couldn't hear each other talk.

I got take out and it was ready when expected but was not good at all. I asked for no eel sauce on shrimp tempura roll but it was all over it. Fine whatever. I also got a a spicy tuna roll which was tasty. We ordered the beef sticks 100% inedible. There was just what looked like fat tumors in them. Then ordered Mongolian chicken and I added fried tofu (which I do with every Thai and Asian dish I order everywhere) but from this TOA it was absolutely disgusting. Not just the tofu but the whole dish had no flavor and was tasted like oil. So fine whatever. I took one bite didn’t like and decided let me call them bc now I was very dissatisfied and after spending $70 and a $10 tip I felt I had the right to call back in hopes I could bring back the food and have it either replaced or credited. Well the absolute awful person who I spoke to whom also took my order said that there was nothing at all she would do and basically made me feel like I had no right to expect them to fix it. I actually feel so disgusted that a restaurant would act that way and not want to rectify a problem. I am a waitress for 20 years and I would never think to treat a customer that way. Needless to say Sayville TOA is off my list for take out forever. There are so many much much better places to eat with much better quality and cooks by me which I do give my business to often. Also how could you have an employee like that???

Parking: The parking lot is a MESS. Pot holes, junk thrown on side of building and all spots on an angle making parking difficult so close to the building.
Great taste, great service! A fantastic Asian spot. Definitely would come back! The portions were large and reasonably priced.
