I placed an order over the phone, and there was a small mix-up with my wrap. When I called to let them know, the staff was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to make things right. They delivered the correct wrap straight to my home and even included cookies as a kind gesture. Mistakes happen, but their excellent customer service truly stood out. I really appreciate the effort they put into making sure I was taken care of! Highly recommend.
