Super adorable way to spend an afternoon. Cindy is a very sweet cat. I hope they all find their forever home!

Ryan and her staff are excellent at their jobs. They know every cat and all their traits and behaviors. Everyone is extremely kind and attentive in answering any questions one might have. And we had a lot. They made adopting our girls easy and stress free for the cats.

I've been to a lot of cat cafes. This one is expensive. The price to go in wasn't obvious to me and I was charged (4 entries) to the cat cafe AND kitten lounge without disclosure of pricing. We paid $70+ (we bought a sticker and I had a tea). The kids didn't get anything to drink. I'm not sure if drinks were included with the price or not, but if they were my kids lost out due to not being told they were complimentary with purchase. We denied the extra drinks and were told the price. I felt sick. $70+ !!!! I wanted to ask what for (should have walked away at that point) but I had my kids with me and I was committed.

The cats weren't nice. They seemed over it. My daughter was walking to the bathroom and one walked by her and just hissed out of nowhere without any provocation. These were literally the most standoffish, angry cats I have ever seen (we love going to cat cafes and shelters and we have two cats--we are cat people).

The kittens were apparently an extra experience but that wasn't disclosed to us and I was charged for both.

I don't like making bad reviews and sat on this one for a while before making it but I was very disappointed with our trip here. Make sure you get upfront pricing and know that if you're bringing a family (we were 4 people) expect to pay more than $50. It is $$$$$

Cute place. It’s decorated nice, clean and there’s a lot of cat beds, toys, climbing area, etc. That’s the good part. We went to the kitten lounge first. About half of the kittens looked ill (eye problems, nasal discharge, sneezing). One kitten they said they got in last night wasn’t able to walk right. She kept flipping around and was drooling. The worker put her in a kennel with food water, litter and a bed. The kitten continued to look very ill and landed in the water bowl when it was trying to walk. I informed the worker, and she just said”yeah.” She didn’t seem concerned at all. Then we moved on to the cat side. The employee was much more welcoming, and we enjoyed seeing the cats. This side also had several sick cats. I appreciate them trying to save cats and adopt them out, but several needed vet attention and shouldn’t be in the visiting area until they’re healthy.

We adopted our first cat from here and they were so easy to work with. Everyone was so nice and kind, and clearly really cares about their kitties. 2 years later, they are still so sweet and supportive if we have a question about our cat. Highly recommend!

My cat Starbies had been missing since the end of September, and just when I was starting to lose hope, this amazing café shared his story. Their community kept commenting, sharing, and boosting the post until it finally reached my newsfeed… and that’s what brought him home.
I’ll never forget the kindness and teamwork from complete strangers. Thank you, Shabby Tabby, for being a place where love for cats truly brings people together. 🐾 shout out to Ryan for answer/responding to my panicked messages and reassuring that everything was going to be alright

I had a very upsetting and unsafe experience with this business. During our visit, my young daughter was bitten by their cat. What should have been treated with urgency and genuine conncern was instead brushed off- both the over and her employee responded with sarcasm and dismissiveness when I voiced my frustration. I had to make multiple requests to speak to the owner in regards to this incident-yet during a later phone call, she admitted she had been there the entire time. This kind of avoidance is extremely unprofessional, especially when a child's safety is at risk. Due to the bite, my daughter required a medical evaluation and treatment, resulting in medical expenses. I had mailed the ower receipts of the co-pays and requested a refund of my daughter's medical co-pays which i still haven't received. Allowing an animal that bites to be around customers, especially children poses a serious safety risk. The lack of professionalism, empathy and accountability is how this situation was handled is unacceptable. Then to my surprise, this compmay enjoys mocking their customers on TikTok videos. One wasn't made of my daughter, but these video's paint a clear picture of how the owner, Ryan and her employee's think of their loyal customers. I cannot recommend this business nor-even give it one star!

The love and care they give to these precious Cats and Kittens until they find their forever homes is remarkable. They run free and happy. They have toys , beds and food and lots of play mates. The cafe is very clean.
