One of the best takeout restaurants around.The owner, Doris, is the sweetest. The food is phenomenal. We got a ramen bowl and a teriyaki chicken bao bun which were both incredible. The service was quick, food well-packaged..very happy to support this small business.

Literally one of the best meals I've ever eaten. It was so good, I called them right after I finished to tell them how amazing the food was. I've never done that in my life. The woman that helped us was so nice and helpful with recommendations. The interior of the place was a bit unpolished, but don't let that scare you away. Five big stars!

I was mystified when I got to Ramen Ramen. No tables. Looks like a storage closet full of boxes with a counter pushed to the doorway. Maybe under renovations?We decided based on the reviews to take out anyway.Big MistakeMy salad bowl was topped with teriyaki something. If that ever was a chicken it was an old one, more a soup fowl with an oddly tough texture. Bad mouthfeel.My friends spicy ramen was spicy but lacked flavor and had the same nasty chicken on top. The egg was just right but did not make up for the other deficits.The dumplings were ok.Pricy for what there was and I had a hair in the bottom of the salad.Save your moneyParking: Shared with many others in strip mall

My wife and I moved to Sayville a few months ago and were trying all the local restaurants. This restaurant by far is one of our favorites. We got the pork belly bao, beef bulgogi, and two regular ramens with a few toppings added. The pork buns are the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been to a bunch of bao places on Long Island. The bao was soft and fluffy, the pork belly was crisp and flavorful, the beef bulgogi had an explosion of flavor every bite! Now for the ramen. The broth is perfect, it’s mild in regards to flavor which is perfect for those who don’t want it overpowering their toppings. I could taste everything I ordered in the ramen, it wasn’t masked by the broth and it all blended so well together. Can’t stress how amazing this place was! It’s a gem and I’m lucky it’s so close to home! You have to come by and give it a try.

Did I pick up order and the staff was lovely! Ordered an assortment of buns and ramen and everything was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend their pork belly - it’s more on the crispy side, but so delicious.
