Bad experience at the Scarsdale location. We love Haagen dazs but this one really disappointed us. My daughter has a peanut allergy and all Haagen dazs shops always scoop from a new tub in the back but the two men working said they wouldn’t do that. They said it’ll take too long… so my 9 year old was super sad bc we went out of our way to go to a Haagen dazs and still ended up with no ice cream. Definitely skip the Scarsdale location and go to Bronxville instead.

In love with so many options that you do not find in supermarket. It was great to go with my mom and we chatted with other customers. Wonderful memories. My ice cream choice was awesome. Next time I might go for a smoothie.

They charge almost $2 extra for stale waffle cones. The other cone options are hidden from view. Not okay.Otherwise nice selection of flavors, ice cream itself is very good.

AVOID!!! Super rude male staff, no greeting no service. Even yelled at me because I asked how to operate on the “Häagen-Dazs Dazs” app. He talks with zero manner and calls people “hey can’t you do this don’t you know that don’t touch this don’t do that, can’t you get it?” I’ve never met someone this rude in our town. And I swear I’ll never come back to this store. Whoever is this store’s owner, I feel so sorry for you.And whoever wants a Hagen Dazs ice cream, go to the grocery store, you get better ice cream and service. Seriously don’t visit this hole.

I’ve been to this store many times and noticed that the ice cream is not stored properly. I gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking it was the heat one day but after trying it multiple times even in the store (right after having the ice cream handed to me) they serve it very melty and it’s such a shame this area only has this place to get a treat in. Also noticed that the place is really dirty inside, by dirty I mean they do not seem to deep clean. The sides of the ice cream machines are covered in grime and look like they’ve never been cleaned and the floors always look like they don’t really clean much either. Being understaffed isn’t an excuse for filth, there are plenty of people who need jobs and would gladly work there. If the business is not willing to spend the money on some extra hands that’s their fault.

Terrible customer service. Ismail is extremely rude. My son (5yo) was debating between two flavors and Ismail didn’t want to wait and chose one flavor and put it on the counter without saying anything. We were the only customers and nobody was waiting. Avoid this location!

When I got my ice cream it was dripping when Ismail gave me the ice cream. It got all over my hands and credit card. I denied to take the ice cream and left. Ismail was very rude and the prices are over the top.
