This is a tiny tiny place and essentially if I eat there, I'll pull the table out of the dining room and put it in front of the restaurant onto the sidewalk to eat outside. I'm not joking either. They are fine with it; that's how small this setup is. You order at the counter and then sit at a table and eat. A sweet, cozy in Scarsdale's downtown. The sweet couple who own and run it don't speak much English, but being there feels a bit like eating in their home. This is my six-year-old's favorite restaurant. We like the vegetable dumplings most of all.
