I came in for a strawberry tea with popping pearls, the tea has a strange "Perfume" taste, she gladly made another one without the popping pearls but the tea still had a strange taste. They were super accommodating <3

The boba is OK. BUT my real disappointment is the space. It’s always so empty and echoey in there. There’s so much potential to make this place a cozy and fun place. Put in a couch and coffee table along with the current seating. Pop in a book shelf and bring in some board games. If the owners are worried about people loitering, they can post a time limit for the use of their tables, chairs, etc. Add some nice lo-fi music in the background and voila- You’ve got something that the ‘dale really needs. PLEASE Make this shop more communal and inviting. Would love to have another option besides Starbucks.

I just placed an order through Kai's website online order system. It was confirmed and took my credit card. They texted me to say the order was ready about 5 minutes later but when we got there less than 1 minute later the store was completely closed and lights off. I'll be disputing the charge but really disappointed.

After I first purchased a drink, I wasn’t a fan of it. I hated to be that person, but I came back to the restaurant to ask if I could switch it out since I hadn’t drink anything. The lady at the counter was so kind and so friendly, and she was more than happy to help. I definitely recommend this place!Parking: Tons of spots outside.

If I could give them -1 star, I would. Their teas are disgusting. The mango tea tasted like soup, the classic tasted water down, and the chai tea felt like i was eating a spoon of cinnamon powder. The boba had a bitter taste. The only positive it’s the location but really need to improve their product if they want to stay in business.

Was super excited about a new boba shop in town. I just ordered the classic milk tea with boba. Unfortunately it was disappointing. Can’t call this authentic boba tea. It’s hard to make good tapioca and this did not cut it. Maybe will try again in the future when they’ve got their recipe perfected.

I hardly post reviews but this place is so disappointingly bad that I felt the need to save others their time and money. I have been here twice and have gotten the mango slush and passion fruit slush. Both times, the drinks were too sweet that they were undrinkable. They also add a powder into the drink which was not even fully dissolved the first time I went there. My three year old didn't even like it and she loves anything sweet. It looks like they are struggling with their identify, as they have a hodge pudge of snacks on the counter, trying to make any sale possible. There was an empty popcorn machine, Oreos, Pringles, etc. The one plus was that the inside was clean and spacious and quiet (not too surprising since we were the only customers).
