This is an adorable restaurant with exceptional, interesting menu items. We had 4 and everyone loved their appetizers, entrees and desserts as well as drinks. The service was amazing.
Food was excellent, loved the Rigatoni with a nice Red vino. The potatoes and fries we had were great. Service was super professional and quick. Really pleasant ambience and setting. We don't go too often because it's $$$ but we willingly certainly be back soon!

Our experience at Meritage was excellent in every way. We came in on a blistery night. Immediately after we were seated, our servers appeared and made us feel special - with smiles and wine tasting, super service, and warm attention. The food we ordered was especially tasty and elegantly presented. The ambiance was warm and hospitable. We highly recommend dining at Meritage.

I celebrated my birthday with my family here yesterday. I can't praise everyone enough for the kindness, attentiveness and attention to detail. Mary had taken my information on the phone and all was prepared when we arrived. Her greeting and treatment of us made my guests think we were special indeed despite my never having met her before. My husband is in a wheelchair and special attention was paid to where we were seated so that all were comfortable. The table, near the front window, was spacious and comfortable with wonderful lighting. The food was excellent as it always is. We had two of the special appetizers, the asparagus soup and the artichokes which were very good. For dessert, management provided a chocolate bread pudding with a candle which we proceeded to devour. Didn't have time to take a picture, because we ate it so fast. By prearrangement, the bill never came. Mary simply pressed the receipt into my hand as she handed me my take "home bag". My children were truly surprised by the seamless exchange. They had planned to treat 5 stars are inadequate for this restaurant.

Excellent food! Very pretty renovated space and very comfy chairs. Service has always been the best. Noise level is ok as all tables are always filled -but it's doable for conversation for the most part. They added a new space which is also lovely for private parties and to add more dining space. There is dining at the bar which is usually filled. Nice concise menu. Their outdoor set up with the added bushes to hide parking is really nice. I feel like I'm away on vacay when we dine outside. So inside or out, the food and service have been consistently great and I highly recommend Meritage.

Been twice, food is meh, but the manager/host really sets the tone with a condescending attitude and zero effort. Locals only at this place, if they don't know you from town they won't even look at you.

Great food,wonderful server ( Susie) but over the top noise level. At a table for 4, I could only talk to person next to me by leaning in. Don't see any way to change that, so we'll return when outdoor seating becomes available again.
Visited this place last night with my husband and mother in law. Here are the deets! Pros: --amazing food and drinks --service was top notch --very good portions for people who do not like to overeat. --nice cozy setting Cons: --can't think of any at all. Note: I will definitely be back soon. My husband can't stop raving about it! One more thing...GET THE BREAD PUDDING!!! We aren't dessert people at all, but we really enjoyed a few bites of it.

The food is excellent, the noise level is crazy loud, and very cramped. Loved the food - the pasta with cauliflower, chicken parm and fluke special were all wonderful. We had a table in the middle of the room where the servers and patrons had to shimmy to pass by. And we could not hold a conversation from across the table, it was so loud.

Recommend, great food and lovely staff. They held the kitchen open as we were on our way to the restaurant when we realized they were closing in an hour. Location can throw you off, but Meritage I would recommend.

Lovely dinner out with friends. Service was friendly and food generally very good, with exception of bronzino special that I ordered. Portion was meager and fish was dried out. I would not recommend it! Chicken parm was enjoyed by others in the group.
