My son has Celiac Disease so dining out is difficult. It was wonderful to eat in a restaurant where he/we didn't have to worry about anything. The food was delicious and the service was great! We will be back.
We had a great time and experience today dining with my spouse, son, and his spouse at Popojito's. As usual, the establishment was full of couples and families. The owner, as always took the time to greet and welcome us, always a pleasure to see his generosity. My biggest takeaway was not just the food although the Mozzarella sticks were to die for, the food has always been great for us. It was seeing a young man (Josh B) who we've seen before in a different position...
Nice staff, good service. Tacos were solid. Overall the food was of good quality and all cooked well especially the octopus. I think the menu though is missing authenticity and food overall felt plain. Maybe on purpose for the boring Scarsdale mom’s pallet which explains why the whole restaurant has this gluten free thing going on. Either way I’d still come back. Good experience
