The food is consistently great and the staff are friendly and efficient. My husband enjoyed the Chicken Martini (which we often get and never misses!), and I had the red snapper special. Delish!! We sat outside on a beautiful evening. Very charming spot.

The overall experience at Sapori was very good. The waiter and wait staff were very attentive and very professional. There were four of us for dinner, and I had the chilian Seabass, which was one of the best fish dishes I ever had. The Seabass was cooked to perfection, very thick fillet that was both flaky and very tasty. The other entrées seemed to be good as well and the salads before were very well prepared and flavorful. The one downside of the food was appetizer fried calamari was overcooked, and therefore very dry. We sat in a table close to the bar with a large screen TV, which was a little distracting. But the tables in the Front further away from the bar we're likely much better.. The entrees and the salads were really excellent, but overall a little on the pricey side, especially without that luxury ambience.

We were a party of 5 adults. We sat at a round table, ordered drinks, apps, mains and dessert. Apps arrived before our drinks. Food was hot and delicious. The wait staff is a toss up. Some staff were friendly and kind, others were rude and dismissive. Thus negative interaction made for an uncomfortable environment. They did the check incorrectly (in their favor) and refused to adjust it.

Four of us went for dinner at 6:30pm when there were a few families with young children. By 7:30pm, all had calmed down and we enjoyed a quiet dinner with attentive, knowledgeable servers. Wine was cocktails were wonderful. My snapper was excellent as was the chicken martini and Dover sole. Dinner and dessert were unrushed making it a very pleasant experience for all. Very accommodating of allergies and preferences.

Myself and my wife wanted to try a new restaurant for the first time. We always pass by and wondered how the experience would be. From the moment we walked in till the moment we left the service was below average. We were seated outside, nice seating area, the busboy came over took our water order. Then the server came over asked what kind of water we would like I told him the busboy took that order already, he was bland no personality. When he came to take our food order he was very robotic giving us the specials. My wife ordered the Branzino fish, the server said it can be served whole or filet. I ordered the farfalle with shrimp and a limoncello cream sauce. Before the food came we had a Malbec red by the glass, it was ok mediocre at best. From that time forward the service was unavailable and non existent, no one came around to ask if we were ok or needed anything. When they brought the food out the Runner brought out the whole Branzino fish and my wife asked nicely are they going to filet the fish. And with a very nasty reply the food runner says well the told me to bring out the fish to display it to you. Myself and my wife were in shock by this response. They brought out my dish of pasta before my wife’s dish I had to wait until they filet the fish and brought it out before I start to eat. They brought out the Branzino not asking if my wife would like fresh pepper we had to wait while she was 3/4 done with her meal before someone came around and asked for pepper. The reason for the stars I gave was because my wife liked her fish, my dish was diner food at best. The limoncello cream sauce was so liquidity lacking cream, the shrimp chopped in small pieces. Definitely not a good Italian restaurant presented dish. I will never return again, I’m sure the staff knew this was our first time dinning here, I can tell these servers and staff have been at this restaurant a very long time. They we’re extremely comfortable and non attentive. No one ever came around and asked how the food or drinks were the whole time we were there. They should have went a little further with the service to keep new customers returning. They fell short in a lot or areas of hospitality. For that reason is the low rating. The owner needs to be a little more on top of this staff to make customers feel welcome with a smile and a better personality and atmosphere.

A really nice Italian experience! We enjoyed sitting outside during a nice quiet Sunday night. We ordered drinks that came quickly and then appetizers. Servers came around and took care of us whenever needed. Food took a little bit for the fact that they were pretty empty but we didn't mind. We were there for a birthday and our group just stayed social with drinks. Food was excellent and hot when it came out. Dessert was delicious! We will definitely come again!

Sat outside on a delightful night. Very nice setting. Service was overall professional and attentive with a few gaffes.  We ordered the special grilled shrimp with cannelloni beans. For a table of three we expected three shrimp or at least the server should've said it normally comes with two but for an extra fee, we will give you three. Also, it was very spicy, which I like, but my companions did not. For the level of spiciness, it should've been brought to our attention. A manager was walking around, making sure that service was flawless among the waiters and bus boys. He was excellent and asked us several times if we were enjoying our meal. Entrées very good. I had chicken scaprella, my wife had buratta gnocchi and MIL had chicken martini. All good.
