The ice cream tastes mediocre at best - this place is a MAJOR rip off. It cost nearly $12 for 2 kiddie size cups! When I inquired about the price (I thought it was a mistake), I was told the owner raised the prices for the summer. Really?! I will never come back…this is highway robbery and the owner should be ashamed.

Scoop Shop has been around for forever but the owner is always rude unless he personally knows you or your family. The froyo is alright nothing special but I wish there were more topping options. I wouldn’t come here at all if it wasn’t so close to my house.

They are rude to anyone they think isn't local. Froyo is mid. Something is wrong with that entire shopping strip I've never met kind employees there anywhere. I'd rather drive to WP or Scarsdale for froyo even though this place is right next to my house.

Lovely staff! Icecream leaves a lot to be desired. Besides being expensive, my daughter found a piece of plastic in her vanilla scoop. I’m sure an accident but dangerous nonetheless .
Literally found a hair in my Ice cream immediately informed them and they didn’t offer to refund or exchange. Will never go back. Mimis in scarsdale near train station is ten times tastier and friendlier anyway.
