Food good... service horrible. When we arrived for dinner, the maître d' was sitting at a table with guests. We had to get his attention to be seated. The waiters didn't check on our table as expected and we had to ask for our table to be cleared of crumbs. Service is everything and for the money spent, I expected more. I would not return. I choose to spend my money where I feel wanted.
We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. It was my father's birthday and our first time there right off the bat we were treated like family. My dad is 79 years old and said that was the best steak he has ever had. The service was impeccable. I will be returning. Thank you so much for everything.
I really wanted to like the restaurant but was unimpressed overall. The waiter made us feel like it was a bother to serve us, it took ALONG time to get food. They would bring serving pieces & condiments and food would not come for a long while. My husband's steak sandwich was short on meat and very lackluster for a steakhouse. MY steak was...fine. The sauteed broccoli was under seasoned. My husband's lemon sorbet had a nasty after taste and the recommended keylime...
