i ordered a pizza without olives. the pizza had olives on it. Spoke to manager and he was rude about it. Refused to take pizza back untouched and refused a refund. He was very rude on the phone. They need better customer service. Could have apologized for the error and offered another pizza. I've ordered from them many times. I will no longer be a customer.

Received the most atrocious service from them recently. We ordered our food at 530pm. They tried calling my husband, who was driving so he didn't get the call. When he called back they first hung up on him when he said he returning a call. So he called back. They said that our food would be there in 20 minutes. We call back knowledge 40 minutes later and the person on the phone can't find the driver, so we are hung up on again. Finally an hour later we call back and want to cancel this is 2 and a half hours after we order our food. First they argue with my husband who is being polite despite all of this. My husband asks to cancel explains this is all ridiculous and they tell him no too bad basically. The phone gets handed over to another random employee in the midst of this gets called an a**hole.... and hung up on AGAIN. Finally our food arrives and the driver tells us that the food was so late out of spite: They were mad my husband hadn't answered the phone, so the woman whom I'm assuming is the manager (that we never got to speak to) told one driver that was leaving after we called back the first time to save our order for the next guy that just left to deliver another order to get back. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. We finally get our food and the fried mushrooms we ordered we clearly eaten from. Must needed a snack while j*** ingredients my husband around. I will never order from there again. I will tell anyone I know that this place is disgusting and to not order from it either. Unless they want a quarter serving and their food to arrive an several hours late.
