Hands down the BEST turkey dinner in the capital district. You certainly get your monies worth! The turkey is fresh, the mashed potatoes are delicious, the stuffing is homemade and remarkable, and the gravy actually has flavor! Our meals came with soup, salad and warm bread. Phenomenal meal!
I would call the Bellevue Cafe more like a traditional diner. Haven't been to a diner with the paper placemat for a long time. Brings back lots of memories. This cafe is like a neighborhood eatery where ordinary folks come to enjoy a meal with their friends and family. Very cozy and comfortable. Also, can't beat the price. The lunch special consists of soup, main, and dessert. Food and service were excellent. Nothing fancy, but very warm and welcoming. Not too many...
Michael and his staff are amazing. The cream of chicken soup is delicious and homemade. Great place to grab a burger and soup. Friendly quick staff. I used to have a great waitress Lauren but she moved. So now i do take out as she was always sweet to my elderly mom
