Blue Flame Jamaican Fusion Reviews
AMAZING FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE EACH AND EVERY TIME. I SWEAR BY THIS PLACE LOL. 😂 ONE OF THE BEST THINGS ABOUT SCHENECTADY NY‼️⭐️
The food I ordered was good but things can be improved. Please make sure you remove all of the scales from the steamed snapper. As tasty as it was I was, spitting out all of the scales was a disappointment. The provisions were ok ,tasted like they were old/ overcooked. The snapper was tasty and the veggies were fresh. I would try something else
This is some tasty food. We saw a pic someone posted and went the next day. Real food. And I say that because I'm over processed junk. This is like home. Absolutely delicious and enough that I was stuffed. I will be returning.

Blue Flame Jamaican Fusion offers tasty and flavorful dishes that leave customers satisfied. The jerk chicken remains a must-try, served with a delicious sauce and well-seasoned plantains. Recently, the jerk salmon has also gained popularity, served with spinach rice and broccoli, and described as absolutely delicious. The curry goat is another highlight, cooked with fresh ingredients and served with a thick sauce. The oxtails are cooked to perfection—fork tender, falling off the bone, with thick gravy and just the right spices. Customers also enjoy the stew chicken, which is described as very good, and the patty, which is also praised. The steamed cabbage is well-cooked but sometimes lacks flavor, while the rice and peas can be bland but taste better when mixed with gravy. The restaurant offers large portions that come hot and fresh, and the drink selection adds to the experience. Some customers noted that the provision sides could be fresher, and there have been reports of scales in the steamed snapper. The veggies are consistently fresh. The friendly service and reasonable prices make Blue Flame a good spot for Jamaican fusion cuisine worth trying. Overall, it continues to impress with its flavorful offerings and welcoming atmosphere.
