I just want to say what a great place bourbon st is. All of the staff are great especially Sarah. I make sure to come here almost daily not only for the drinks but the great food kevin and the kitchen puts out daily. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who hasn't had the pleasure to experience here. I really have to say 5 stars to everyone 1?

This evening was our first time there with my family and honestly holy schnikes the food was so good! My daughter got a kids cheese pizza she said it was delicious (it was not microwave they make it there!) My husband got the fish and chips, it had a lot of flavor, not greasy and delicious. I got the chicken but wrap with kettle chips. They make the chips!!! So much flavor. We had a nacho appetizer and chill it was so good, the bread with the chili was hot too everything tasted fresh and clean. My daughter loves the Shirley Temples. We got dessert it didn't disappoint neither. The atmosphere was really nice, you can pick your own seat which was nice. All the servers were fantastic, they all work as a team (and it shows) all the servers helped us, Lucy was our main server she gave my daughter some coloring pages and crayons. We will definitely be coming back. Our new favorite place! Thank you for the awesome experience

Food is great! When we had an issue with a takeout order, Sarah handled it so gracefully. The customer service that we received from her was exceptional . Pizza has a thin crust, which we love and the salad portion was large !

WOW-WOW-WOW!!!!! My husband and I just got back from having a low key Saturday dinner out at Bourbon Street Grill. We have several Colonie faves that we frequent on the regular but BOURBON STREET Grill now tops ALL of them! From the amazingly attentive, friendly, and competent waitresses to the delicious food we were blown away! I had a Reuben (best I've honestly ever had) and my husband had a Buffalo Chicken wrap and had a side of the "Trio" sauce the waitress described as amazing!!! She was RIGHT! We both said we would put it on EVERYTHING! I even dipped my fries in it! YUM YUM. His homemade kettle ranch chips came out piping hot and freshly made! Everything was delicious, well presented and above and beyond your "average" run of the mill pub fare! We even checked out all the other meals as they passed by and we can't wait to try the calzones, pizza and the Irish Nachos we saw! This place has to be Colonie's best kept secret! We'll be regulars from tonight on! Thank you Bourbon Street Grill for the amazing meal, friendly staff, quality, cleanliness and atmosphere! We'll see you soon!

We recently visited The Bourbon for the first time, and overall, it was a good experience for a bar. The atmosphere is very lively, with a mix of bikers, college-aged kids, and older patrons enjoying the patio, bar, and dining areas.
Our waitress, Lucy, was attentive and friendly, and the staff, in general, were fast and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed. Initially, I was concerned about dining with bikers as we are new to the area and didn’t know it was a biker hangout, but the environment turned out to be welcoming.
After receiving our drinks, there was a bit of a wait for our appetizer. We ordered Honey Barbecue chicken wings. They were naked and lightly seasoned; the flavor wasn't quite to my liking, although my husband appreciated their crispiness.
For our main course, my husband had the Breakfast Burger, and I had the Bourbon Burger. While they weren't the best burgers we've had, they were still good. The fries were hot and enjoyable. The drinks were strong, so plan on having just one. I tried the blueberry specialty drink but found it difficult to drink with a straw due to the berries, and it was not as sweet as I expected, just strong.
Overall, The Bourbon offers a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere with decent food and strong drinks. We appreciate the friendly service from Lucy and the hardworking staff.
