Best quality Chinese takeout in Schenectady. Fried foods are not soaking in oil. The egg roll I had was nicely deep fried and the wrapper was not soaked in oil! Same with the fried rice and food. Everything tasted like it was cooked with clean oil and not drenched in oil. I would say quality of food is definitely a step above your typical Chinese takeout. Try them out! Highly recommend.
