If I could it 100 stars I absolutely would!! From the moment we walked in, we knew we found our new favorite Caribbean restaurant. Being from downstate, I can honestly say we were spoiled with mouthwatering Caribbean cuisine. So our expectations were set high, and Caribe met every single one. The place is extremely clean and the service (by Maggie) superb. But now to the important part: the food!! My husband and I ended up sharing the oxtail dish and the mofongo with chicharron...
After living in the Bronx for four years I crave the good food…. But Caribe is just as good. The flavor of the food is perfect, the service was amazing. We met the owner Maggie and she was lovely and took good care of us. We will be frequently visiting. Try the chicharrón, mofongo and the rabo.
Went in for the first time, let me tell you the jerk chicken is a must try mouthwatering well cooked and seasoned DELICIOUS .. The service was great the environment was friendly and warm I cannot express how good the peril was even after I ate a full jerk chicken the drinks also good as well 10/10 would come again
