Casola Dining Room offers outstanding French cuisine prepared by SUNY Schenectady's culinary students. Despite the challenge of securing a reservation, the experience is well worth it. The Butter Lettuce with Whipped Goat Cheese, Moules et Frites, Pan Seared Halibut with Piperade, Chorizo and Cockles, and Pan Seared Duck Confit a l'Orange are all creatively made and delicious. The Tarte Tatin dessert is superb. The friendly service adds to the wonderful dining experience, exceeding expectations every time. Reservations are highly recommended due to high demand, but the exceptional food and service make it a must-visit restaurant.
