Excellent burgers. Juicy Lucy was great. Father had cheeseburger and said it was also excellent. We will definitely go back. We have never had a burger so good. Dave was very nice friendly host and great cook.

Dave,and his establishment are unbelievable,legendary. A true master of his craft and a great down to Earth individual.We as a large party(5) arrived on a Saturday night to an already busy restaurant to find Dave serving up great service and even better burgers.I have been wanting to try this place for a long time and I wish I came in sooner;I went for the Juicy Lucy and black fries,all I could say was wow.Cooked perfectly with a unbelievable combination of flavors,possibly the best burger I've ever had.The black fries were unlike anything I've ever had and were absolutely amazing.I cant wait to go back as I've only scratched the surface of what the menu has to offer.Don't take my word or the word of any of the many awards and accolades,you must come and try this legendary establishment!

Love this place. I look hard for restaurants that offer a true adventure. Every single thing I have had from Dave's restaurant has been a unique and delicious experience.My recommendation is to find something on the menu and let Dave handle how it's made. If any adjustments can be made to what you've selected, Dave will let you know. He's your guide.Kid-friendliness: My son is picky, Dave made my some rice with mild spices and butter. Very kind.

By far the best burger I have had in a long time. I ordered the smothered burger which has portobello mushrooms, Swiss and provolone. It was a little messy to eat but well worth it. Ordered with a pink center and that’s exactly what I got. Most places screw that up so it was well appreciated.I will definitely order again soon and if you’ve never tried it do yourself a favor and get one of their burgers.

Such an amazing find in downtown Schnectady! Daves one man show puts out amazing food from an eclectic menu. The burgers were delicious, as were the fries (we tried black fries and spicy fries). The Bison Masala Burger was spot on wonderful, as was the "Juicy Lucy with Chef's Touch." A must go to when in Schnectady! Please open a second location in Poughkeepsie Dave!
Not a better burger east of the Mississippi. Get the Black Fries!
