Lack of planning on one end, does not constitute an emergency on another. This was not the case today when I called at 9 am for a custom cake that was ready for pick up 7 hours later. Not only was my lack of planning accommodated, it was done with nothing but kindness and understanding and executed as if I were the only customer they had today. delicious snacks and the food looks amazing. they are true perfect quality in Schenectady
today October 31.after taking my wife to dinner.we arrived at 510pm to get dessert. what kind of place closes at 500pm when one of the largest shows is at Proctors and you close,ruining people's date nights.very disappointed. maybe you should go out of business if you don't want to be open and work.
