Hard workers &nice workers with not enough support from the chain head management. Not fair to the workers or customers.
Atrocious environment
4-5 waitresses & 3 people in the kitchen. It took forever for our waitress to take our order and a long wait for the food. When my food was delivered, the hash browns were barely cooked, so I asked for them to be cooked a little more. She took my whole plate back and never came back. I had to watch the other 3 people I was with eat while having hunger pangs.
