I gave it another try, but I was underwhelmed again by substandard food preparation and service. Not the place for me.

Went for my 40th birthday. The beer cheese pretzels were good. The main dish left alot to be desired. Ordered the roast beef baguette sandwich. Roast beef was incredibly dry and tasted borderline rotten. Not even dipping in beer cheese salvaged it. Would not recommend.

I had high hopes but was disappointed. I ordered Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese. I was disappointed to find it cold in the middle. My disappointment grew when I discovered that there was essentially no chicken just a dish full of lukewarm Mac n cheese. The server was indifferent when I let her know. I essentially paid $20 for Mac n cheese that was mediocre at best.

If wanted to feel like I was eating at McDonald's, I would go there. The seating is cafeteria style and awful. Don't take a date here.

The price point is a bit high for some of the food items, but it is good food and good service.

A real disappointment. For the price, everything I had simply fell short...even the service.

Great venue in a great area. Very upscale area. Nice clean and modern restaurant. Easy parking street side or a lot across the street. Southern Fried Chicken sandwich was great! Would most definitely get it again.

We loved everything about it. Service was phenomenal. Food was all great and so quick. Cool vibe for a group. 2 na drinks, 1 cider, 1 flight, 2 apps, 5 meals, 3 desserts: $240 including tip.

We came here to enjoy their food and to try some local beers. Great selections of beers, but surprisingly no porters or stouts to choose from. And there were great options of food to choose from.

Parking was easy. There was a free parking garage across the street from this brewery with only a short walk.

The atmosphere was relaxing. They have a large open garage style doors that were open from the inside to the outside that allowed a breeze to blow through the restaurant. You had a choice to sit inside or outside. They had some Adirondack chairs around a fire pit that we sat in after we ate and we had an outside view to enjoy.

Overall a great experience.
We ordered their burger, and it was served as ordered and tasted great. And we shared appetizers that were all good.

Great friendly service. And if you like any of their beers you are able to take home some of their various selections of 4 pack cans.

Parking: Free parking. Across the street from this brewery was free parking in a large parking garage which is only a short walk from the brewery.

I would NOT recommend booking a private event at this location. We have been supporting Druthers for years so when it came time to pick a wedding rehearsal dinner spot, we figured the Schenectady location could be a great location. (It is right across from the casino our guests were staying at). Unfortunately, it turned out to be the opposite.

I contacted Druthers in January to ask if they had a private event space where we could host both our wedding rehearsal and the dinner that would follow. We were offered two options and after visiting to see the spaces, we said yes to the patio. I explicitly asked if there was a cost to renting the space and was told no. Flip to a week before the event in June. I had followed up twice via email to confirm our final count and meal selections. No response. I decided to call and spoke to a different front end manager on the phone who informed me that our final numbers did not meet the minimum $1,500 cost for renting the space. (Note: The actual cost with tax & tip came out above this). I was shocked and explained that they should have informed me of this policy beforehand when I asked about the cost to rent. She said the other manager didn't think it was important to mention because our initial estimate would have hit the minimum (obviously that is not a good business practice). After I expressed my frustration, she said they would honor the agreement.

Unfortunately, when we showed up for our rehearsal, the patio was filled with customers. They threw us in the back corner and made no effort to make it a private space. Not a sign, separator, anything. Random people were mixed in with our party, walking through to order drinks at the bar, and interrupting our wedding rehearsal. The original manager who I had exchanged multiple emails and calls with was working that night and pretended nothing was wrong when I approached him to ask about the space. I didn't want to make a scene so I left it alone but I have to say it was an extremely uncomfortable and unfortunate situation all around. Either our event was supposed to be private and they purposely left it open to the public because we didn't meet the minimum OR we were mislead from the beginning and it was never going to be private. If I had known how it would turn out, I would have booked the Italian Restaurant we were looking at which has a beautiful private backroom. Regretfully we chose Druthers because we thought it would be a great space and we wanted to support a company we love. Now I'm just left with a bad taste in my mouth when I think about the whole experience. Such a shame.

Good ambience and service. Food was very mediocre and under seasoned. I had one of the mac and cheeses and there was almost no flavor. The pretzels and beer cheese was a table favorite.
